I really enjoy a good burger, and have tried most every one at all the local restaraunts. Now I figured id give a review on them all, as I go back through the list and try them again.

So to start this page off, Ill bring you to a place known for its towers of beer, and its girls in short shorts and equally short tshirts.
The Burger I had gotten this time was the “black and blue” which is a cajun spiced burger with blue cheese and carmalized onions, with the usual lettus and tomatoe and pickles.
As usual Im not a fan of the cheap pickles most places use, and unfortunatly the tomatoes were VERY cold and made the burger less then hot (more into the warm w/cool spots) The flavor was pretty good, but it should have had more blue cheese on it. I had added some garlic mayo and a side of cajun fries. It wasnt anything special of a burger, just a plain ol burger prepared correctly and proportianally.
